Note

All prices are for one apartment to day for a minimum stay of 7 days.

Persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax Euro 2,50 per person and per night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: it is only payable on departure.

Additional bed per day: 15,00 Euro till 70,00 Euro, depending on season
Extra bed for children per week: 70,00 Euro till 200,00 Euro
Final cleaning fee: 25,00 till 150,00 €

The apartments are available on the day of arrival after 2pm and on the day of departure the apartment should be cleared by 9:30 am.

Our prices include:

• fully furnished apartments - all with balcony, microwave, hairdryer, safe, german coffee machine,
• washing room with washing machine (use of washing machine with surcharge), iron, drying rack, bookshelf
• parking spaces, garage available for an additional fee, special ski room and bike, safe, bicycles, relax in the lush gardens and kids playground
• reduced tickets for the public swimming pools „Acquafun“ in Innichen
• VAT included
• pick-up can be arranged from the train station in Innichen
• Wi-Fi Internet free of charge
• Cot, child's seat, child's seat for the toilet: extra charge

Please note that we do not accept more people in the flats than intended or confirmed by us.

Cancellation:

There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
We expressly refer to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code G.v.D. 206/2005.

In case of cancellation, the deposit - caparra - will not be refunded.
Cancellation: This sounds annoying and unfortunately it is. It is a pity if someone does not come and the flat remains vacant, although other guests would have liked to come.
In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 50% of the holiday price. After that, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total stay.
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure we charge the entire booked stay.

Corona cancellation:
Should the borders and regions be closed again and guests are therefore unable to come on holiday, you can cancel your holiday free of charge or rebook it for another period of time
The deposit will be refunded minus a handling fee of Euro 30,-, otherwise our above mentioned conditions apply.
